Roll 31 - 18
From an overlook of the Annapolis Valley. The Valley is Nova Scotia's largest (and really only) apple production region and stretches from Wolfville and the Minas Basin (upper 1/3 of picture) in the east, down the Cornwallis River about 50 milesto Annapolis Royal. Soils in the Valley are good, and most orchards are located in the foothills where elevation gives some frost protection.
